30 Minute Discovery Call

We schedule a complimentary call to learn more about your space, your vision, and the challenges you’re hoping to solve. You’ll also get an overview of our design philosophy, pricing structure, and what it’s like to work with us.

On‑Site or Virtual Design Consultation

If we’re a good fit, we’ll book a paid design consultation. This is where we walk your space (or review photos/plans), discuss possibilities, and outline a clear path forward. You’ll receive expert guidance and actionable recommendations you can use immediately.

Client Brief & Proposal

You’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, investment, and timeline. This ensures transparency, builder-ready documentation, and a smooth, predictable experience.
